Enterprise for management of the environment protection activities - EMEPA     

   
EMEPA is legal entity, established by the Law for protection of the environment  -Article.60 Paragraph.1. /State Gazette, issue.91 from 25.09.2002
EMEPA is State enterprise by Article 62 Paragraph. 3 from the Trade Law and it is not trade corporation, does not form and share profit. The Regulation, issued by Ordinance of the Ministerial Council №319 from 29.12.2003, sets up the structure and the activity of the EMEPA. EMEPA is successor of the rights and obligations of National Environment protection Fund.
